This has begun affecting me as of the 1.1.2.0 update, pretty devastated to hear it has been an ongoing issue. Any workarounds?
Nothing seems to fix this for me. I really tried everything I could find from most obvious things like Reinstalling/Repairing game, degrading/upgrading drivers for every component in my PC to things like disabling xmp in bios or switching from my external sound card to the onboard one, and a lot of other things I won't list there because I could write an essay about it. Nothing, really nothing helps in my case.
