When joining multiplayer it sends me back to menu screen

When joining a game with friends as the fireteam leader or not, we will all join into the game but instead of playing with my friends, my screen goes black and I get a BF6 loading screen then back to the menu. I have also tried playing by myself to see if it changes anything, sadly it did not. So I am unable to play a game that I pre-ordered. Thanks EA

i have tried verifying my steam files and uninstalling the game then reinstalling

currently I fully deleted the files and am reinstalling it, will update
