WHERE IS MY COMPENSATION

Same here.  
Tried to get in touch with support a couple of times, with no effect. 

They are no help whatsoever, I just want the compensation so I can move on with my life instead of trying every avenue to get it...

I've had basically no luck with EA support. The last agent told me that someone above them just needed to approve it, but now this agent is telling me that only the in-game team can help and that he recommends "highlighting your experience on the official Battlefield forums." and that it isn't " something we, on the support side, were given the tools or authority to resolve directly."

Support can't do anything. Guess we just have to beg here and hope the developers take pity on us.

when i spoke with EA they took me through thier entire troubleshooting steps and at the end when i asked about compensation they simply said "it's not a known issue so we cannot compensate you".

Does anyone know if there's a way to contact Vince Zampella outside of twitter? I was also guided here after not being given any of the compensation. This is ridiculous, and hell, I wish it'd result in a class action lawsuit or something because it's BS. 

I tried Instagram but no luck, maybe if we urge him, he will respond

up. Still no compensation. 
EA, keep your word. No one had forced you to give it. 

Same here, still waiting. Their lies & gas lighting is pissing me off, making me exclusively play Arc Raiders since season 1 launched in BF6
