Hi, it has been 3 weeks since the post came out that ALL AFFECTED PLAYERS will receive 24 XP tokens and a free battlepass.
I still have not received anything. I have opened numerous support cases and have not received a single reply. I have also opened numerous live chats over this 3 weeks to only be told to wait and the case has been transferred and should get a reply within 72 hours (also been told 24 hours). Nothing, absolute silence.
The battlepass has been out for 4 days now and I am missing out on rewards caused by this HUGE delay in giving us the compensation that is owed to us.
I ask why the radio silence and why are you scamming us from the promised items?

I've had basically no luck with EA support. The last agent told me that someone above them just needed to approve it, but now this agent is telling me that only the in-game team can help and that he recommends "highlighting your experience on the official Battlefield forums." and that it isn't " something we, on the support side, were given the tools or authority to resolve directly."
Support can't do anything. Guess we just have to beg here and hope the developers take pity on us.
