WinMTR shows packet loss on Zayo network

I'd prefer not to provide the logs directly on this forum, but when I do a traceroute to easo.ea.com, I get packet loss on the second hop into the Zayo network. My ping also triples (~55-65ms) compared to other servers (~16-20ms) I've tested in the Dallas area. I tried contacting Zayo directly, but they told me they can't assist me since I'm not a Zayo customer.

Is there a contact email where I can send the trace logs and WinMTR tests I've done showing this issue is with your Dallas Service Center connection?
