Won't by another EA Sports game again

Since purchasing and installing BF6 on my PS5 I have has the luck of playing 5 times since it went live.  I am constantly getting timeout messages and disconnects.  I was even fortunate enough to try to play "campaign mode" and it kept timing me out....  I would like to see how I can get my money back (Already asked Playstation for help with this).

All my other games on my PS5 work just fine......As a Cyber guy, I would like to know what group of "smarties" thought this was a good idea.
