Workaround playing on steam when game is bought in EA?

When RedSec released it is now possible to install the game in Steam and when EA and Steam are linked I do get the same account when I get ingame but MP is not installed and when I try to install it (from settings ingame) nothing happends, it says installing but nothing is actually happening. Is it anyone that knows if there is some way to get this working? I have all my games on steam and it just doesnt feel right to have the EA launcher for just one game so I would love if someone have a fix for this 🤓
