Some Karen got me Ban for 72h because of my Gamer Tag, now that I served my suspension I'm unable to log back in BF6. I've chatted with EA help and it lead me to nothing except been drop of the conversation by the agent.

Now I can't log back in even if my suspension been lifted, what should I do ?

I did appeal 3x and it was denied, my gamer tag is SpicyWeiner, I don't think it's the worst ? Anyway my suspension is served (72h from the 12 to 15 October) and I'm still having the same error message when I'm trying to open the game. The error message is client connection related but I don't have any connection problem with steam or internet in general.
The agent said that it was a bug and that it would fix itself in an hour more than 24h ago and I still have the same error message every time I try to launch the game.I tried with a new steam account same result, I tried with a VPN same result, I'm thinking now that I've been Hardware ban or they never lifted the ban even if EA live chat agent says that my ban been lifted.
By the way EA Live Chat customer service is like the worst thing humanity ever created and I'm been nice here.
My best guess here is that my TPM is flag and they never white listed it after the suspension ? Any thought or suggestion ?
(Do you think that somebody you played 1000+ hours of this game should have to endure that kind of treatment? EA is that how you treat your core player base? )
Community ManagerIt appears your ban appeal was denied. You can appeal a ban up to three times currently. Hopefully, if your gamer tag was not too terrible, you can get the ban lifted. You can do this via the Reappeal button shown in your image. Thank you. EA_Barry.
