xbox "continue" button doesn't work

I'm on xbox. For some reason it's asking me to enter the verification code when I try to log into the game. Which is fine. I'm getting the verficiation code.

When I enter it though and click the Continue button. NOTHING Happens. It's like when buttons are broken on a website and end up doing nothing.

Anyone know a workaround or fix for this?
