Xbox controller aim feel after most recent patch

At launch, aiming felt off in regards to controller feel. After the Season 1 update, it felt perfect and I could actually aim where I wanted to go.

After the most recent minor patch, controller aiming is back to feeling really bad again. I can feel my controller not being responsive while I try to aim, and it's very noticable when I try to aim vertically. It's disappointing to have my aim feel constantly changed like this and I just want to go back to how it felt in the Season 1 update. Is this a deadzone issue? What's going on?

I've been loving this game, so I would love to see if this is fixed in the Eastwood update on Tuesday or after in the near future.
