Xbox controller turning off mid-match

During extended play of Battlefield 6, typically between one and two matches, I have found that my Xbox controller will turn off intermittently. It only occurs within Battlefield 6, other titles, including from EA (tested 2042) work fine. I have yet to find a reason why it’s occurring but so far, I have isolated the issue exclusively to longer sessions within battlefield 6. Other titles having long sessions does not cause a similar issue. I am using a standard Xbox controller with latest firmware
