XBOX CROSSPLAY OFF GAMES NOT STARTING FOREVER WAIT TIMES

Hello! All the Game Modes refuse to start when not enough people join during low player count times of day and will not start with bots after 30 MINUTES WAITING. Many game modes won't even start at all without a full lobby (TDM, STDM, RUSH, DOMINATION, KING OF THE HILL, etc). No one should have to wait MORE THAN 10 MINUTES FOR A GAME TO START. JUST START THE GAME WITH BOTS AND LET PEOPLE PLAY!! Thank you.
