Xbox issues Redsec

So thought I would give the BR a go after purchasing the full game and refunding it. 5 mins in...and it crashes the console. Spoke to repairs who said its not the console and the game crashes on both his XSX and his PC. what's the point if you can never play the games.   I's there going to be a fix as it's been present since the beta.
