Xbox only match making

Starting last night, Xbox only match making would stall at about 10 people (all cqb modes) then says populating with bots... Then the numbers drop, then slowly fill until game starts... None of times this has happened has there ever been any bots in the game.

Prior to that it was never an issue.

Has anyone else noticed this?

This morning (UK) it is pretty much back to normal
