Xbox Parties Not Going Into Game Together

This was fixed for the last 2 weeks of season 1, but as soon as season 2 launched, the problem came back. Me and a friend, in a party together, cannot go into the same game half of the time. I play on xbox, usually casual breakthrough, but it also happens in online matches. PLEASE FIX THIS ALREADY (again).
