Xbox Series X crashing/Green screen and shutting down

Since launch, my game has been freezing on multiplayer and crashing back to the home screen on xbox. And in some cases, shutting down the xbox completely green screening before shutdown. Overheating is not an issue, Its happened once when my xbox was only on for 10 minutes.

Double checked my NAT settings and with help from a professional IT friend, got that fixed but yesterday in all the new game modes it froze and I crashed out of them. He is telling me its not a problem on my end, I have a connection, I'm getting bounced from the servers. It got better a little bit after launch, but now with the update, its worse as it was at launch.
