Xp compensation

I was unable to play the game at launch. I purchased the game through EA app thinking this would be the best method, yet when I went to play I was told I didnt own Multiplayer, Campaign, or the Highres Textures. I needed to purchase to play. I attempted to play at launch and was not able to properly play the game on Regular conquest or selection until the hotfix was rolled out later in the day. I attempted multipe Fixes for the game by modifying the files and unchecking and rechecking. Reinstalling, and recovering EA app. Meanwhile I have friends through 3rd party solutions like Steam and Epic playing battlefield laughing at me because the main app is broken. I did not receive the compensation promised by Battlefiled Comms. I have screenshots from that time including errors reiceved and my chat logs in discord where im expressing my frustrations with timestamps. I should be eliglble for the rewards promised in the post.
