Your Account has been disabled issue

Hi everyone recently bought battlefield 6 and haven’t been able to play it yet as apparently my account has been disabled due to a violation of EA’s user agreements, problem is the EA account/email that’s linked to my Xbox is someone else’s, I have no idea who they are I presume I’ve been hacked at some point and I can’t unlink it please help me EA!
