Your session has timed out from inactivity and you’ve been disconnected.

Hi all, as stated above every time i try to start a game i now get this error message. Ive played previously since launch with no issues at all but now i cant even get into a game no matter what type of game i try to launch weather its redsec or normal conquest, ea servers of private i get about half the loading bar then i get this error message.

ive tried;

reinstalling the game,

reinstalling anti cheat

disabling all overlays and firewalls and restarting my router after leaving it off for a couple minutes. ive also checked nat types and such with no success at all and im starting to get pretty angry. Game is downloaded and played through steam. Any help would be appreciated cheers.
