Disconnecting during online matches with friends

Hello, when I'm playing online games I get disconnected randomly and game shows me error "1:8500-8S:20123264140:-2144600064Q". I tried reinstalling, clearing cache in AppData directory, linking again steam account to EA account, restarting router and checking router settings, changing dns to google one 8.8.8.8 etc.. It often happens when I'm playing with my friends, most often it discconects me when we switch to new map(after old one was win/lost,) I'm able to play for 2-3 minutes and then it discconcets me after old one was win/lost, but it also happens when we connect for a new match, I'm unable to play with them because of this constant disconnection. I have quite good internet connection, no lags low ping, so it shouldn't happend. Please help
