At this stage of the Answer HQ beta we are only able to provide support in English. Therefore we kindly ask to use Answers HQ in English only and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We plan, however, to extend the service to multi languages later on. So stay tuned for updates.

Thanks. Just yesterday I bought a premium Battlefield 3 but I have not connected not only to the game on the network but even a single. that gives details of the player damaged overwrite the game through the origin. did not help

I'm sorry, but I don't really understand the problem, you are not able to launch the game anymore?
If an error message pops up regarding damaged or corrupted files then please run repair on Battlefield 3 and all the DLCs that will be listed on the details page. You can do so by right-clicking Battlefield 3 and select "Repair install", after it's finished, open the game details page for Battlefielf 3 and click "Repair install" on all the DLCs.
If this doesn't help either, then please post a screenshot of the error message.
