2 nicknames

hey guys, everytime i check my battle reports it displays me 2 nicknames like this : http://grabilla.com/06609-f5c19888-2a9e-4ad3-b754-a6248fcf5b27.html Is it possible to remove the 2nd name? ...

    Oh yea sorry I see that now, I didn't pay good enough attention to the full screenshot the first time.  This is weird.  I asked a friend and he said it is a weird back-end issue that support may be able to fix.  Get in contact with an EA Game Adviser @ http://help.ea.com  and see if they can help you out with this.

    Ok. Isn´t there a way to contact them via mail? I followed the process, in the end of it I am just able to pick the Answers HQ . So there we go again.
