"A Conflict" Dogtag Did not Unlock After Challenge

I did all of the steps to acquire this dog tag, I was in a public Dice hosted server and I completed the puzzle. I returned to the menu after about a minute to make sure it prompted and I was not awarded with the dog tag, I had read some users said to log out and log back in and when I tried I had no luck. I worked on the puzzle for roughly 4 hours, please help me out.

    @ST3RBAN Good to know but bad news for you unfortunatelly. You're going to have to do it all over again. I'll be sending you a link to a youtube video that I followed to get it (all) done and yes, this one is tedious but I did not spend 4 hrs on it, just over 2 I believe. Good luck and let me know when you finally have that peace keeper!

    @ST3RBAN Did you yourself push the final 2 buttons? Or did another player pushed them? Another player can you help you with the puzzle by pushing most of the buttons, but you have to be the one to push the last 2 buttons, otherwise you won't get the dogtag.

    That's all that I can think of that might have caused your issue.

    @ElliotLH I finished my journey to get the peacekeeper, I ended up joining a Brazil server and to my surprise one of the nicest players I have met joined and helped me through the Conflict puzzle!
