about tank sliding/drifting.

so hopefully a real expert answers this /edit by admin: do not use insulting, provocative or hateful language;

anyway, in the most recent patch, the tank sliding wasnt fixed yet. can this be fixed next patch?

to recreate this problem, hit the turbo of a tank, then move over a small hill, while moving left or right. this will cause your tank to turn very rapidly at high speeds, which will cause big irritations because you "slowly" have to turn your tank into the direction you want to go to.

    I'm not a random from India, but from my experience as a player, it only happens on the T90, which helps balance it with the Abrams due to the lower back. I doubt it will be fixed either.

  • Can happen on either. Sadly, it is simply yet another reminder of how some small stuff like this has never been looked into since launch.

  • Hey, I drive tank quite often and I find that both of them can slide quite a bit. It mostly happens to me when I am driving at high rates of speed and am traveling down a hill or up a hill. Best way tto counter the slide is to stop accelerating and use your left/right movement keys to re-align yourself and then take off again. If you find yourself sliding in a circle behind recovery you should just complete the 360 degree turn and slow down and correct yourself as you start to face the right way again. This works for me all the time. hope this helps.

    P.S. let go of "turbo" as soon as you start to slide, then apply the above tactics.
