Firstly, you answered your own question. You said at the start:
"yesterday, after enabling certain Windows 11 optional features, downloading some motherboard drivers and editing a couple BIOS settings".
What do you think may have happened to installed/running programs when you do things like that?. Windows settings should be altered when NO programs are running or in the background. Changing BIOS settings and motherboard settings may even conflict with loaded/running programs.
