Account verification e-mail issue + Game download issue
Hello.
I am a new customer. I recently purchased Battlefield 3 Premium Edition from Amazon and was wanting to download and play it . I downloaded the Origin client for my PC, set up an account, and activated Battlefield 3 Premium Edition on the Origin client.
Issue 1) I haven't received my verification e-mail yet and have requested it to be sent again 3 times to no avail.
Issue 2) Battlefield 3 Premium Edition isn't showing up in 'My Games' even though I activated the product code.
Thank you in advance for any help and/or advice you can give me.
