I don't want to get in to the whole debate about how bad the anti cheat is designed but there is a way to make somewhat of a compromise and it won't cost a penny.
The smart move from EA would be to at least enable Linux only servers. Would sell more copies and and make the Linux/Steamdeck community happy for not being left out in the cold again.
I don't think Linux users will mind reporting cheaters the old fashioned way. There will be cheaters anyway and that goes for Windows users too.

Community servers is a good way to stop cheaters more ppl would have a more fun experiance, get the community back in to battlefield.
The cheats work on windows aswell so by stopping linuxusers from playing your just making the playerbase smaller.
