im havinmg the same problem it could be something to do with the lock out off web app which there suppose to be fixing

I have this problem on my pc not on Xbpx 360

Hi I recently bought FIFA 13 when it originally was released and I am having a couple of big problems with it.

For one, My Career Mode seasons crash everytime I go to load on my XBOX 360 console. I've even tried starting new ones and its the same thing everytime. I go to load career and my console freezes, the music stops and thats it. It's starting to get really frustrating to not be able to continue anything I start.

Also, in the online Pro Club seasons, everytime I try to edit my Pro, after every game or I exit out, my features go back to what they were as if they were never changed.

Please may I get help with this?

my game keeps freezing everytime i do that ultimate team turtorial bull**bleep** , **bleep**s always freeze on step 4 -.-  does anybpdy have this problem for xbox 360?

Hey, not sure how this happens but my Fifa13 disc freezes my entire xbox on start up. it gets stuck on the xbox symbol for 2-3 mins then continues to log me in, normally saying the game isn't exsistant. i've had to install the game data to even get it to play 1/6 times i insert the disc and otherwise, without installation, i can't even get a game started with it going back to dashboard on me. i've empied the cashe, i've given it 2-3 days to adgust incase its my xbox being funny, but no, it's 100% the disc because i have no other problems with any of my other games. please sort this out EA. i will be contacting costomer support as well as this, since this takes time to get responces. thank you.

I'm getting the "unrecognized disc" error on my xbox 360. The status code is 03-57-00. With the help from Microsoft's support I have tried to:

1) clear the system cache

2) look for corrupted files on the HDD

3) remove all files related to FIFA13

4) remove the HDD and try without it

5) remove the latest system update

Nothing worked. I have also exchanged the disc for a brand new one, didn't help. All other games (incl FIFA12) plays just fine. After we went through all these steps, the Microsoft representative gave up and directed me to EA support, and here I am... I will call EA support tomorrow. 

I bought Fifa 13 from my local shop (UK) on release day, it was working fine until today. I only played it Friday and Today because I was away for the weekend. I went to turn to turn console on, it loads for a few seconds and says disk  is unreadable clean it etc. 

I tried all my other games and they all work fine.  I threw the receipt out on Friday when I bought it but the shop was quiet at the time and I bought it between 10am-11am, what could be done about it? Can I get a replacement for it?

If not I will probably sell my Xbox and all my games, as I only want to play Fifa

£44.49 for 2 days of gaming.. :/

I think my problem is a bit different with some because all my games work except my new copy of Fifa13?
