Banned for "flying" due to spectator bug

i opened a case but i got no response

So i get punished for an issue that is caused by devs from the game ?

Because there is no option to contact them and show them this **bleep** ?

I guess i have to make a video with a content creator of teh Franchise, maybe then there will take a look into it.

Im not interested in playing cartoonish games like BF2042

Im in this appeal process, due to the fact that they now about spectator bugs but not about this one i posted, i have to proof that it was a spectator bug. And i can only do this with the assistance of DICE/EA.

Im not interested playing boring rounds without my friends on conquest official servers.

This is, unfortunately, not something that EA can assist you with, as the ban has not been applied by them and comes from a third party on privately rented servers. However, you are more than welcome to open a case at help.ea.com to ask them directly if they can assist you, but you would be better served following the appeal process at BF4DB ([Guide] How To Submit An Appeal | BF4DB). If they are not prepared to revoke the ban, though, you will likely not be able to play on any rented server that uses their service.

However, to reiterate, the people renting servers for BF4 are allowed to prohibit anyone from using their servers if they do not want to allow them access, provided that they are adhering to the user agreement.   

Of course i did that, i should search for an other server without playing with my friends because of a gamesided bug ?

No, this is an issue that has to be solved from the devs.

It´s not my fault, that the spectator has so much bugs.

I'm afraid that this is something you'll need yo follow up with the server owner and BF4DB, unfortunately. It's not a ban that EA have applied on your account so it's not something they've can remove or raise for you with the server owner on your behalf.

However, as server owners are allowed to remove or ban people from their servers, provided that they're adhering to the user agreement, then you may ultimately need to try finding other servers that don't use BF4DB to play.
