Nobody can assist you with bans on the EA forums, bans are handled by the EA ToS team.
Is there a way at least I can confirm that it work? I did all the steps already in the link you sent. No response.
You will just have to wait for a response, which can sometimes take up to 14 days. Nothing much else can be done.
Oh that is too much. But anyway, I will write the result if/when I got one for future referance for people who face the same problem. Thanks for the reply.
