Is there any way for me to access or recover the battle reports from clan matches set up through Battlelog? I can retrieve the match results but not the Scoreboard showing individual players Kills/MVP's etc...

To be honest, I'm not sure about that recovery on Battlelog, but have you tried viewing your reports on BF3Stats.com? Often, it saves more of the battlereports.
Also, you can save your favorite battlereports on battlelog, so don't forget to save the ones you feel you need to.
