Battlefield 1 Black Bess PS4

I have been in contact with EA live chat also made a phone call about the Black Bess tank skin which I still haven't got, I completed the game have all codex etc got the platinum! And still haven't received the item?

    Well, have you checke In-game in a Match if you have the Skin? You know, in you'r Base right on the Tank settings.
    Cause this Skin doesn't show up in your Inventory in the Main menue!

    Otherwise the EA Support should be able to help you.

    Hi , yes I have been looking to see if the skin is available every time I manage to get the tank. Still No skin. Thanks for your response though.
