The issue usually gets resolved by reinstalling the anti-cheat, check out the link below.
Already tried that multiple times, doesnt work.
Can you list everything you have tried to fix the issue IndianBullfrog96?

1: Setting all firewall perms of all ea and bf1 files to access firewall and public and private
2: Redownloading bf1
3:reinstalling ea anticheat multiple times
4: setting dns to 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4; 1.1.1.1
5: restarting dns in command prompt (worked for like 4 games)
