Also having this exact same issue. Win 11 24H2 10.0.26100, 9800X3D, NV 4090, 32GB RAM. Latest BIOS. Video drivers 576.28. Win 11 is booting in UEFI mode.
I have successfully updated the EAAnticheatservice to latest version downloaded from here on EA's site. Made no difference. I have tried setting disable full screen optimizations and administrator privs to both the BF1.exe and EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe with no difference. Also tried compatibility mode for both to Win 7 and Win 8.. Still won't launch.
I also tried deleting the profile in My Documents\Battlefield 1\settings This did not fix the issue.
My PC is somewhat hardened. I made sure Portmaster is not blocking anything.
BF1 worked on this same PC before I updated it to Win 11 24H2. It was Win 11 22H2 and BF1 worked fine.
