Battlefield 1 gone from my game library

Have you selected to view Hidden Games in case you accidentally chose to hide the BF1 icon? Did you buy BF1 via Origin or via a third party website like G2A?

No its not hidden, its completely gone and the achievements too, i have in order history that i purchased it on origin

Can anybody help i have been trying to contact ea live chat for 2 days, but cant get in touch with them, a community manager can check my acc to see if the Battlefield 1 game is linked to it, i can even post a screenshot of the Order history as proof that i purchased the game, I just wanna know why the game aint  there anymore , am i banned or what, and if  I am why

Can you attach a screenshot of the game not being there?

Every time i try to contact ea live chat it says *waiting while we connect you to a ea advisor* it goes on like tha for 2 hours then it says timed out. I tried every region but still the same

Your browser is almost certainly conflicting.  You have popups turned off, but that website relies upon them.
