You have a good medium level computer that according to the BF1 specs is enough for ultra game settings. But this is measured for a 1080P maximum screen resolution and single player at most. In real life situations computers turn out to be a bit slower then advised and games much more demanding then whats announced on the box as a requirement. With a NV GTX1070 or an AMD R9 580 one can expect a 60FPS+ average framerate. Any card slower then this will just not cut it in the field. I am not saying you cant run the game but just be aware of the limitations of your hardware. Also online BF1 has some netcode lag causing big drops while playing even with the current fastest videocard in the world.
I have also used CCleaner for years even dough it had some security issues a while back it is not bad advice from a helpdesk to give as possible solution. Their help can seem a bit shallow sometimes to say the least so maybe we can help you aswel?
3 tips:
1] update Windows, motherboard BIOS /UFEI & chipset driver,
1b] use driver cleaner and reinstall the latest video, audio & network drivers
3] defragmentise (HDD) or TRIM (SSD) and remove unwanted files
3] disable all non essential background apps via Task manager\startup
Yea but as I said, I used to play the game on ultra. And when i delete the BF1 file in documentaries, the game runs smoothly on ultra 🙂 But only for one game. Plus if what you say would be the problem, i could run the game on 60 fps on medium settings. But nomatter what my settings is, it doesnt work right
Okay so right now I reinstalled the game once again and moved it on my SSD and all of a sudden i cant join any game. When i search for rush for example, it says that there is no suitable game for me and in server browser it says loading game and after few seconds it just moves me back in the server browser....

There's some Server Issues going on at the moment, which is why you're unable to join any matches through Quickmatch or Server Browser.
