Battlefield 1 multiplayer has significant Server problems

Getting disconnected from the server when spawning into vehicles is a strange bug. I wonder what could possibly be causing it?

Does this only happen on servers where everybody is rank 0? If so it appears the Battlefield 1 servers can't communicate with EA's stats server.

Maybe the game server is disconnecting players who spawn into vehicles because it can't check who purchased DLC vehicles. The game servers need to communicate with the stats server for that information.
