Battlefield 1 Package From Home and PTFO skin issues. I never recieved either

Hey, after this weekend can you check for this skin again? It looks like DICE ran a check again and granted it for those who may have missed it.

From what I'm reading, you only need to do 1 of the 4 challenges, but I finished two just to be safe because I still haven't received the PTFO skin for the MP18. I'm not sure, maybe it's time zone orientated. I'm just confused because I have a buddy in Eastern Canada who received his and I live on the East Coast of the United States and haven't received anything

yes, it's true. You just needs to make one of the requirements to get the skin. I had done this with the supplies.

I'm sorry for this troubles but we'r not able to help out here in the Forum with missing content.

We all know it sometimes needs more time than expected, until the rewards from a Community mission reach each players account.

You could try to reach out to a EA Advisor from the Support here:https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
Maybe they can help out!

If the Support can't help as well, so they'r probably not able to unlock stuff manually yet.
So we need to wait for a new Update on it, to get fixed.
