Battlefield 1 periodic multiplayer bug on playstation
Hi folks,
I have noticed that the periodic Battlefield 1 multiplayer bug on playstation is back again.
Last time this has occurred in February 2025 and resolved in April 2025 from this forum thread:
The issue manifests in the following ways on the affected servers (first only some servers are affected, and in short time all the playstation servers will be affected):
- When you try to select any vehicle or cavalry - you'll be disconnected from server.
- Your multiplayer progress is missing, all the 4 roles will have zero progress.
- Unlocked weapons are locked.
I am starting this new forum thread to document this new occurrence help in it's resolution. I'll need your help to spread the word to reach support people as in our times here are multiple both walls before reaching a person who can do something, please follow these steps and report this problem where you can, as well commend on this thread to gain traction. Let's see who's still playing ;)
- Report the problem to support:

- login if required
- On bottom of the page in section “Help by game”, select Battlefield 1
- Go to bottom of the page and select: “Still having issues?” > “Get in touch with our customer support team for more help.” > “Contact us”
- Report this problem, share the YouTube and forum thread links that describes the bug.
