Battlefield 1 profile data is missing.
After logging into the game, I found that all my personal data had disappeared, and I had to start the game from scratch

You still seem to have the progress under the account you're using here on Battlefield Tracker (E.G. an 83h Playtime is shown). Are you certain that you're logging into the right account in the EA App?
