Battlefield 1 stuck in trial mode

My Battlefield 1 game is showing as 'expired' in my EA App library and is unable to be downloaded. However, I have access to Xbox Game Pass and in turn EA play so I should be able to play this game. 

I blieve this has happended from me using the old 10 hour trial when the game first came out, and now that the systems have updated with BF1 being available consitently through base EAPLay levels. 

I've been through support twice and 1 just made fun of the fact I wouldnt be able to play the game and kept repeating EA didn't support the game and it wasn't on EAPlay (Despite me sending links showing otherwise). 

Obviously the EA support chat isn't going to be a use at resolving this so trying here.

  • Hi @eskymojo This is related to your account permissions, and you may need to raise it with Xbox support. In the past they've resolved this for others experiencing the same problem.

    @eskymojo If you're using Xbox Gamepass then their support is the best bet to getting a resolution. They just need to remove the trial marker from your account. You could also raise the issue with EA Help in case they can assist.

    Regrettably there is nobody on these forums who can directly help as the issue needs to be fixed at an account level.
