battlefield 1 wont connect to EA servers

i did try that sir @iluminatethesky, and I have tried to contact EA through support chat and apparently there are no advisor available, yesterday I had my friend opened battlefield 1 with my account and he can play multiplayer with no problem, I tried using CCleaner and disabling my antivirus, but none seems to be working.

I would also try doing a hard reset on your Router, unplug everything for a few minutes, and plug it back in.

thank you sir for keep answering my messages, I have tried calling my internet provider and somehow they don't have the authorization to change my ports so they need a few days to get technical support to call me, and I have tried manually uninstalling and reinstall my origin, resetting my router and clearing cache but I still cant access multiplayer. If you have other solution to my problem I would gladly try it

Also, I would recommend doing a UOTrace, and contacting EA Support to see if there's anything interfering with your connection.

I tried contacting EA yesterday, and they say I have a problem with my UOTrace,

There is a lot of unknown host in my UOTrace and they said to contact my internet provider,

I contacted them and they say they don't know anything about my UOTrace and theres nothing they can do about it,

Seems like I wont able to play the game now ☹️

@zeus8823 I took a look at your UO Trace and you have Unknown Host showing on every hop with no other information visible till the last hop where it shows that you have a very high ping time. When you spoke with your ISP, did they advise you on any steps you can take as it is highly unusual for a UO Trace to appear like yours?

Sorry I just replied your massage.

I called my ISP, they said they don't understand anything about UOTrace and they don't have any procedure regarding unknown host and they cant change it because of some issue, and about the high ping maybe because i'm from Indonesia and the average ping from Indonesia to US is about 270ms.
