battlefield 1 wont connect to EA servers

Community Manager@zeus8823 I took a look at your UO Trace and you have Unknown Host showing on every hop with no other information visible till the last hop where it shows that you have a very high ping time. When you spoke with your ISP, did they advise you on any steps you can take as it is highly unusual for a UO Trace to appear like yours?

I called my ISP, they said they don't understand anything about UOTrace and they don't have any procedure regarding unknown host and they cant change it because of some issue, and about the high ping maybe because i'm from Indonesia and the average ping from Indonesia to US is about 270ms.
