The multiplayer portion of this game has been shutdown by Gamespy.

for me too i had original game i bough it 2 years ago before its working now it doesn't want to work please if anyone had answer leave a reply i don't want do download pirated version without multiplayer
Multiplayer works fine.. Goto Battlefield2142.co for all the links you need to play.... There is a community game fix we have 20-35 players in game a lot of the time..

I just bought the Mac DVD from Amazon, as I've now switched over to Mac and wanted to play this great game since I first played it in 2007.
Do you have something for us Mac people that aren't using bootcamp?
Goto [edit]. It is for BF2 and BF2142.. I know there are a number of MAC users that play 2142.. We are still getting 2-5 servers , some filled up especially on weekends.. Servers in US and EU.. I am also trying to add 50 custom maps to the vanilla game. Come Check it out!
