Battlefield 3 Activation key is lost
Hello, my here is my problem:
I've got battlefield 3 on an event when origin gives some games for free. so i grabbed it, it activated pretty fine, I've got 90 hrs on record for this game. last time i played it was april 2015. Then I've dropped bf3, and changed my OS (win7 to win10). Yesterday I've downloaded bf3 again, and when i try to launch it, i have an error from EA, which says: cannot activate bf3 on this computer with current origin account, it advises to find my key (which i can see in properties of the game in origin) and activate the game. Well, i did as it advised, tried to activate the key, (however, i had to create a new EA account, because the one i use to log in origin doesnt work, it says that the password is incorrect, although it's 100% correct.) and then there's another error: current product key cant be used to activate this game.
Please tell me, what should I do?
