Battlefield 3, can't activate......

Good day

I bought Battlefield 3 Premium in the Origin Store a day ago. I have now one big problem. I can't activate it.

-We could not activate Battlefield 3 Limited Editing on this Computer using the Origin Account you provided. Please -locate your Product  key to activate the game using your Origin account.

After this one, i can log myself in and type the serial code in, which i got in my Origin and Email account.

But i get just another Error.

-The Product key entered cannot be used to activate this game

I used the same account, which I used to  buy the game.

I already tried the solutions on this page, but they didn't worked.

1. One simply dint worked
2. The folder doesn't exist, even thought I made all folders visible.
3. There is nothing in the folder.

Please Help me
