Windows 8 isn't officially supported by BF3 since BF3 was released in 2011 long before Win8, however many people run BF3 in Win 8 very successfully. It looks like there is a conflict with your GPU drivers, have you updated the GPU drivers to the latest release version or are you running the new beta driver?
You can also try to manually update your direct X to the latest version as well.
Thx for your reply, i have updated both automaticly and manually drivers of GPU and directX but still get the same result.
Drivers for my GPU are not beta they are official...
And i don't use overclock and i haven't messed with my GPU settings, it is all stock.
