Battlefield 3 limited edition PC update

I bought a premium and I updated 4 different games. It took me 5 days just to download them all up and then the next day I had another update for a bf3 limited edition 6gb. I just got 8 hours of play an now I have to wait for it to download again. Is there a glitch or its normal it keeps on updating everyday. Cause I didn't pay for this just to download the patch more than playing it.
