    In the Origin client select Origin in the top left corner>Application Settings>Origin In-Game.

      So turning off origin does work as far as making the game function properly, in my personal experience.  What I am curious about is whether if origin still gives you achievements, and whether it reacts negatively with other games in your origin library.  Any information would be greatly appreciated.

        @WeedIsLiberty achievements will still work with Origin in game being disabled.

      @EA_Blueberry I can't, it say that I'm in "restricted mode" and that's no true.
