It looks to be somewhat server related. we now have 3 pc's running from one connection on the same server but cannot get the forth connected.

If you couldn't find a local server to set up on your router, then you will have to use a switch. Cause the reason you can't run it properly is because there are so much going on in your router that you can't use so many PC's at the same time. Another way is to close parts of your firewall. This will let more traffic in to your router.
